			Magnetic electron lenses
There are no more many published data in recent literature. The tutorial uses a nonsaturated magnetic lens. There are fortunately two examples published by Tsuno that date back to early 1980’s but give a proper introduction to problems encountered (see also the chapter of Tsuno in Handbook of Charged Particle Optics).
